Amanda Alcozer serves as Vice President of Von Ormy Cares, supporting the organization’s leadership, operations, and ongoing development of its mission.

She plays a key role in coordinating outreach efforts and assisting with the implementation of programs that serve families, seniors, veterans, and children across the community. Her work helps ensure that services are delivered with consistency, care, and purpose.

Marina Billalobos serves on the Board of Directors for Von Ormy Cares, supporting the organization’s mission through leadership, service, and community engagement.

With over 20 years of experience as a Texas peace officer, she brings a strong background in public service and a deep commitment to helping others.
